About the Role

The Senior Nursing Assistant plays a critical role as an experienced caregiver within our long-term care setting. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional, resident-centered nursing care and daily living support under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver personal care to residents, which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with daily health care needs.
  • Conduct and document vital sign checks and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with meals, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Support nursing staff with procedures and document all care-related activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of living areas to enhance residents' comfort.
  • Encourage residents' participation in wellness and recreational programs.
  • As part of our nursing team, you will help implement care plans tailored to meet each resident's unique physical and psychological needs. We value innovation, accountability, and teamwork in delivering high-quality care.

    Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum of 16 years of age with two years of nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Willingness to complete required continuing education and specific department training.
