About the Role
The Senior Nursing Assistant plays a critical role as an experienced caregiver within our long-term care setting. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional, resident-centered nursing care and daily living support under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver personal care to residents, which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with daily health care needs.Conduct and document vital sign checks and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.Assist residents with meals, ensuring a positive dining experience.Support nursing staff with procedures and document all care-related activities.Maintain cleanliness and organization of living areas to enhance residents' comfort.Encourage residents' participation in wellness and recreational programs.As part of our nursing team, you will help implement care plans tailored to meet each resident's unique physical and psychological needs. Qualifications :
