Job Description

DecoPac Inc. is seeking a talented Freelance Publishing Designer 30 hours / week hybrid in Anoka, to shape the visual presentation of our product marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong graphic design expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging and polished publications.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine the overall visual style and layout for DecoPac’s marketing publications in both digital and print formats.
• Design page layouts that effectively showcase content and enhance reader engagement.
• Curate photography and illustrations from existing assets or coordinate the creation of custom artwork to complete project visuals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials align with company standards and meet customer expectations.
• Perform additional design‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
