Art Director / Product Designer (Freelance)

Employment Type : Freelance, Part-time (20-30 hours per week / onsite in Anoka)

Our retail client is seeking a creative and highly organized Art Director / Product Designer to provide part-time product development support. This freelance role is designed to help alleviate workload bottlenecks, address pinch points, and fill temporary gaps within our creative team. We’re looking for a unicorn : an exceptional Designer with strong Art Direction skills and a passion for translating ideas into compelling product concepts.

The Work

• Transform loose strategic vision and high-level creative direction into innovative, production-ready product design concepts.
• Create multiple design solutions and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Prepare final art boards and assets for manufacturing, ensuring all deliverables meet DecoPac’s standards of quality and detail.
• Give and receive constructive feedback to refine concepts and drive projects forward.
