Our Client, a growing service organization, is looking for a highly motivated accounts payable clerk who wants to learn and grow with the company. This role is temporary to hire, depending upon performance.

Duties Include :

Recording vendor invoices and check requests

Coding invoices

Maintaining vendor files, including W9 requests

Paying vendors by scheduling payments, processing check runs, and applying credits

Responding to vendor inquiries

Processing expense reports

Verifying vendor accounts

Other special projects

Requirements :

Great communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team

Excellent computer skills

Ability to learn and grow

Accounting knowledge a plus
