The Global Packaging Implementation Director CPS leads the execution of the global packaging strategy, translating vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results across all CPS sites. This role drives programs through strong cross-functional engagement with plant SMEs, Corporate, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical, Engineering, and Quality, ensuring "fit for purpose" packaging that meets regulatory, sustainability, quality, and value creation goals. Accountable for governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the Director champions packaging performance and innovation to enable CPS business objectives worldwide.

Key responsibilities include :

• Packaging Program Execution Leads end to end packaging program execution from concept to implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with the global packaging strategy.
• Data Governance & Reporting Excellence Leads governance of packaging data platforms, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with KORE, regulatory requirements, and ESG reporting standards.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships Influence and collaborate across global functions, Operating Units, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Plant Operations to deliver operational goals.
• Risk Management Manages packaging supply risk by executing mitigation programs and coordinating alternate sourcing solutions.
• Strategic Insights Translate complex sustainability data into actionable intelligence for leadership and stakeholders; identify high-impact interventions to accelerate quality, sustainability and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications :

Location Preferred Atlanta or Ireland location (Dublin, Drogheda, Ballina). All candidates CPS based will be considered.

Pay Range : $149,000 - $173,000
