As a Community Development Data Analyst, you'll ensure Capitol Federal's lending data meets HMDA and CRA regulationshelping us strengthen transparency, compliance, and community investment.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accuracy of HMDA / CRA data and reports
- Analyze loan trends to support smarter lending decisions
- Maintain and validate community development records
- Help management evaluate portfolio performance and risk
- Participate in community programs and CRA initiatives
