Position Summary

As we expand our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Senior Buyer / Planner who shares our dedication to delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth procurement processes. The Senior Buyer / Planner will handle the procurement of raw goods, supplies, and services, monitor contracts, and ensure timely deliveries. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong attention to detail, who can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. While a background in firearms is preferred, it is not required.

• Vendor Management : Vetting, certifying, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective procurement.
• Strategic Sourcing : Efficient sourcing and obtaining quotations aligned with Q's master production schedule.
• Contract Negotiation : Ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
• Inventory Control : Monitoring inventory levels and managing timely stock replenishment.
• Cross-functional Communication : Effective liaison with internal departments to meet purchasing needs.
• Problem-Solving : Identifying and resolving order discrepancies and vendor-related issues.
