We are currently seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in a hybrid role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive Sales : Leverage sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and referrals to convert them into satisfied clients.
• Build Relationships : Develop strong customer connections. Understand fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Master the Sales Process : Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure. Demonstrate product features, handle objections, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our equipment.
• Stay Informed : Remain up-to-date on fitness trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide valuable recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve Targets : Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor performance metrics, track activities, and refine strategies to drive results.
• Enhance Customer Experience : Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Address issues and follow-up needs promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate & Contribute : Partner with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights, participate in strategy discussions, and contribute to the broader success of iFIT.
