Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client has an immediate need for a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Monday through Friday, full-time hours. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $27 per hour.

Responsibilities : full cycle, high volume accounts payable invoice processing; check runs; applying appropriate invoice credits and adjustments; account reconciliation; and completing special projects as requested.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years full cycle accounts payable
• ERP systems experience and advanced MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
