The Marketing Coordinator II is responsible for supporting our overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and presentation materials. You will assist with minor business development efforts, implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator II will manage the local database, manage basic pursuit videos, and interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.

A Day in the Life :

  • Producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and presentation materials
  • Assisting with minor business development efforts
  • Implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials
  • Managing local database responsibilities
  • Managing basic pursuit videos
  • Interviewing staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.

Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications :

3+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline, or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
