With over 10,000 completed inspections, we are a solution-driven company that goes beyond reporting deficiencieswe help clients see the full potential in every property by connecting them with vetted trades and providing clear, professional guidance.

We're expanding our team with a Sales Associate Virtual Assistant who will help us grow our client base, nurture realtor and insurance agent relationships, and ensure every client feels supported before, during, and after their inspection.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and Go-High-Level CRM follow-ups.
• Promote our inspection services and special offers to real estate offices.
• Scheduling & Coordination
• Assist clients in booking inspection appointments.
• Ensure inspectors' schedules are optimized.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with agents, clients, Home Owners Associations and others in preparation for inspection day.
• Customer Service
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
• Provide clear explanations of our services, including 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections.
• Support clients with post-inspection questions and connect them to our inspectors for final wrap-up calls.
• Ensure all inspection reports are ready and updated on our operating software.
• CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM (experience with GoHighLevel or similar preferred).
• Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management.
