Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Witchita,Kansas. The ideal candidate will be certified as an RBT and possess a strong background in ABA therapy.
As an RBT with Company Name , you will work directly with individuals with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your primary responsibility will be implementing ABA treatment plans and interventions designed to improve the social, communication, and behavioral skills of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized ABA programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, or clinic settings.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior, and accurately record information using electronic data collection systems.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and progress towards treatment goals.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within the designated service area.
