At Your Green Package, the Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for a daily route of recreational marijuana deliveries and processing transactions for customers receiving home delivery service. The Delivery Driver position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle, facilitating customer transactions all while working in a professional manner with our partners.

Responsibilities

• MUST be able to work weekends
• Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
• Provide exceptional services on behalf of your designated dispensary
• Provide product delivery service from your designated dispensary to customers addresses
• Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
• Follow assigned randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
• Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
• Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customers' orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale
• Accurately enter all customers record information within the point-of-sale system
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order
• Work in close coordination with a team of other Delivery Drivers, Designated Dispensary, Inventory Specialists, and Security / dispatching personnel
• Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
• Act as a liaison between customer and YGP management to continually improve the customer experience
• Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Skills

Age 21 or over (Required)

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Valid Driver's License (Required)

Clean driving record (Required)

Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs

Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminal

Must successfully complete a role-specific training program

Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner

Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Demonstrates high emotional intelligence

Ability to effectively multi-task

Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
