Residential Superintendent
Position Overview
Our Residential Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction and management of multi-family residential projects from ground up. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing various stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of single family construction projects.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to guarantee quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in single-family construction and productionStrong knowledge of ground up construction processes.Excellent project scheduling skills to manage timelines effectively.Experience in vendor management and collaboration with subcontractors.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Benefits
