A company is looking for a Business Concierge Travel Counselor III.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete complex travel requests for high-level travelers

Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience

Handle special requests and manage complex problems and escalations related to travel

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including 5+ years as a travel counselor

Experience in Concierge, VIP, or Specialty travel counseling

Strong working knowledge of the travel industry and client travel policies

Highly skilled in using Sabre GDS

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing technology
