Safety & Security Manager

Leading, high-volume resort operation is seeking a forward-thinking, strategic, and solutions-oriented Safety & Security Manager to lead property-wide safety, security, and risk mitigation efforts. This role oversees a dedicated security team and serves as a critical leader in protecting guests, team members, company assets, and the TPI Hospitality and Margaritaville brand reputation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, hands-on security leader with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in dynamic environments such as resorts, casinos, theme parks, cruise lines, destination hotels, or entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing security team and supervisors.
• Create a culture rooted in positivity, engagement, accountability, and guest service excellence.
• Provide ongoing training in safety protocols, crisis response, de-escalation, and investigative procedures.
• Serve as a visible, approachable leader who leads by example and drives teamwork.
