Overview
Head of Audience Marketing to lead our growing portfolio of longevity-focused events, featuring brands including A4M and the Global Longevity Summit. Responsible for audience development strategies across B2B and B2C longevity events, driving attendance growth and engagement. This role is based in Boca Raton, FL or NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive audience marketing strategies for longevity events, including the Global Longevity Summit and related conferences
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting professional audiences (healthcare innovators, scientists, investors) and consumer audiences interested in preventive medicine and longevity
- Analyze audience data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth across market segments
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with event programming
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers in the longevity space
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and attendance growth
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Develop audience personas and journey maps to inform targeted marketing approaches
- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence
- Explore and apply AI and automation tools to enhance capabilities within the team
- Craft compelling value propositions for all events in partnership with event directors, content teams and other marketers
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize yield and audience revenue
- Focus on SEO, CRO, and overall campaign optimization
The Ideal Candidate
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently and with a broader team to drive results. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches for longevity science and preventive medicine. Ability to keep pace with a dynamic market.
You will build meaningful connections between our events and global experts, with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability. You will work closely with senior leadership and the CMO of Informa Connect for mentorship and support.
Qualifications
Proven experience in audience marketing for events with a track record of driving attendance growthExperience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fieldsStrong understanding of longevity, preventive medicine, or healthcare innovationCreative storytelling abilities to develop compelling marketing narrativesData-driven with analytics experience to inform strategyExcellent leadership and ability to inspire and develop team membersStrong project management skills with multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExcellent communication and cross-department collaborationAdditional Information
