Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Salary position
• Learn all aspects of store operations alongside our managers : sales, collections, inventory, team member management
• Travel to store locations will be provided / compensated
• Learn to sell the features of our Rent-to-own business model
• Grow customer base by building relationships
• Learn and apply our collections strategy
• Take customer payments, verify customer files, and complete other sales-oriented tasks including calling on sales leads
• Maintain showroom, keep merchandise clean and rent ready
• Help your team maintain backroom & deliver / pick-up product when needed
• Present a positive and professional image
