Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets are met.

Essential Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
• Meet Essential Skills and Experience requirements for an Assembler Level I, II and III as outlined in training plan.
• Maintain all Essential Skills and Experience requirements for an Assembler Level IV.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Completed required prerequisites for team leader role by skills and experience.
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers, and depth mic and reading in microns
• Maintain single and double diamond certification
• Maintain Lock Out / Tag Out certification.
• Maintain Hoist and Pallet Jack certification.
