Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the following :
Calling on enterprise healthcare companies (hospital networks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.) to set sales meetings for Account ExecutivesMeeting monthly sales targets for meetings set and revenue generationProviding accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecastsLeveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack)Calling and emailing marketing-generated leadsSourcing and creating new sales opportunitiesConducting research for personalized outreachCollaborating with leadership (C-Suite, Product, Sales, etc.) about the value of Authenticx's products and servicesQualifications
Who is our ideal Sales Development Representative?
You have experience working in a sales role that prioritizes outbound sales strategy. You can quickly learn a product offering and share that product knowledge with outside prospects. You are comfortable making sales cold calls to potential clients and demonstrating how Authenticx’s unique product offering can benefit the client’s organization. You can autonomously handle lead generation and setting up new meetings. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant fields is preferred1-2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experienceExperience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions -OR- selling product / services to enterprise healthcare companies is strongly preferredExperience with prospecting, cold calling, customer outreach via phone and email, utilizing CRMs (preferably HubSpot), etc.Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a quota / metric-driven sales environmentConfident making sales calls and communicating effectively with prospects via phoneExceptionally strong written and verbal communicationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDocumented track record of success against sales KPIs and quotas or other performance metricsAbility to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience documenting results and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareAdditional Information
This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site and remote / virtual work.Candidates must live in / near the Greater Indianapolis area and be willing and able to work from our Indianapolis office 2 days per week.Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.#LI-HYBRID
