FP&A Manager (G&A)

This is a US based remote position. Candidates in the greater SLC area preferred.

Overview

The FP&A Manager (G&A) plays a key role in driving the growth and capabilities of the FP&A team. This individual partners closely with Corporate FP&A and business leaders to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across General & Administrative functions. They lead advanced planning initiatives, support critical decision-making through in-depth financial modeling, and act as a thought leader in developing new analytical approaches. In addition, the FP&A Manager provides consulting support to senior management and contributes to the training and development of financial staff.

Responsibility

• Act as a thought leader in new types of analytical tactics.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• Conduct advanced planning, forecasting, and what-if analyses.
• Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.
• Support in-depth analysis as needed.
• Assist with the development and training of financial staff.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending / descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
