Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment
  • Translate engineering and business requirements into basic specifications and designs
  • Develop and execute mechanical test protocols
  • Perform independent testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles to solve standard engineering problems
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by addressing functional needs
  • Contribute to product and system improvements through technical evaluation
  • Work within defined engineering processes with moderate guidance

Experience Required

  • Hands-on experience applying mechanical engineering principles in product or system development
  • Experience working on standard mechanical engineering problems and solutions
  • Exposure to testing, validation, and analysis of mechanical designs
  • Experience collaborating within engineering or cross-functional teams

Skills & Certifications

  • Mechanical design and engineering fundamentals
  • Technical problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Test planning and execution
  • Engineering documentation and specifications
  • Ability to interpret requirements and convert them into designs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Willingness to learn and expand technical expertise
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and guidance
