This position will be based in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the government in clearly defining action items to include locations, work to be performed, priority, etc.
• Report on action item status to leadership and government customer.
• Follow up with stakeholders who are not meeting due dates, and escalate where possible.
• Track and provide reports for the types of action items received, time to execute, places for process improvement, etc.
• Meet all contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and AQLs (Acceptable Quality Levels) that are tied to action item management.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion of all action items received.
