Travel Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

Shift :  Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs / week

Length : 13 weeks

Shifts will include holidays and some weekend shifts. Currently, the weekend need is 2-3 shifts / 6 week schedule. Friday night and Saturday night are considered weekend shifts for the department.

We require four total weekend shifts per 6 week schedule. Weekends for night shift are Friday and Saturday nights. The weekend shifts will be assigned as needed up to four shifts. The candidate should also be aware that he / she may be required to work Labor Day holiday.

Requirements :

• 2 years experience in a similar setting
• TN license
• Must have prior travel
• Candidate would need to be skilled and experienced in Labor and Delivery, circulating Cesarean Sections, caring for postpartum patients and well baby newborns, and familiar with couplet care
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• If the candidate has experience with scrubbing and / or assisting Cesarean Sections , that would be ideal
