Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related and organizational topics including succession planning and performance management
Partner with business teams to design and implement change management plans
Utilize workforce analytics to drive improved performance, retention, and talent management
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Human Resource or Talent Management experience supporting Field retail leaders
Functional HR expertise in talent management, coaching, and employee engagement
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others
