Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our Product Development team in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the assembly, testing, and process improvement of the ErthBot product line — robotic systems designed to clean and maintain utility-scale solar arrays ().

This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys building, problem-solving, and optimizing processes. You will work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to assemble production-ready ErthBots, create clear documentation, and ensure best-in-class manufacturing practices.Because this is an extremely hands-on position, this will be an in-office role working five days a week in our Chandler, Arizona development center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test ErthBot robotic systems, applying strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge.
• Develop and maintain clear assembly documentation, workflow instructions, and inspection procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality to establish ISO 9001–compliant inspection processes.
• Contribute to user service manual development and technical documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Provide accurate manufacturing data and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
