Project Manager
As a construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, budget management, team coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Initially, you will run a $50 million project. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, developing comprehensive project plans and budgets, coordinating teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, interacting effectively with stakeholders and end clients to build strong relationships, ensuring successful project completion within budget constraints, and handling project scheduling and estimation tasks. Essential skills include at least 10 years of experience in project management for construction projects, proven success in managing projects with budgets ranging from $10 million to $25 million, experience in commercial construction and construction management, and a strong record of completing projects on time and on budget. Additional skills and qualifications include extensive knowledge of construction trades, including carpentry and concrete finish work, and experience in building effective relationships for return business. The work environment includes office settings with newly renovated facilities on 114th and Dodge. Site visits are required. Weekly meetings are held at the headquarters where each team member is provided an office.
