- $40,000 - $50,000 Base Pay plus commission / bonuses, earning between $55,000 - $85,000 / yr
- Base pay is determined by interview and background
- Paid time off (vacation and personal / sick days)

- Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

Responsibilities
- Establish strong, lasting customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Ability to commute to our office in Lexington, KY
- Have a current Kentucky Property and Casualty sales License Required
- 2+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience Preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem resolution
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a close team environment
