About the Role
This role will report to the Director of Sales and is responsible for actively managing Bellwether Coffees sales pipeline. The position will grow the qualified lead pipeline for Account Executives across both inbound and outbound efforts, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. The SDRs duties will include lead flow management, qualifying leads, prospect communications, and reporting with the goal of maximizing both near term and long term revenue for Bellwether. This is a high-impact entry role with a clear path to Account Executive as our customer base and team continue to grow.
Job Location
The role requires on-site presence in Berkeley a minimum of 4 days per week, as well as occasional travel to industry events and customer sites.
For the first 90 days of employment, this role is required to work onsite full-time, after which the schedule can adjust to work remotely one day per week, as business needs allow.
