As a Supervisor , you’ll be at the forefront—organizing projects, managing a skilled crew, and ensuring job sites meet safety and quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning) :

• Oversee and direct an industrial cleaning crew, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Set up, operate, and maintain hydro blasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Conduct Job Hazard Awareness to eliminate workplace risks.
• Manage project logistics—staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate with supervisors, account managers, and clients to ensure job success.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site-specific safety regulations.
• Complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform physical labor when needed—because great leaders lead by example!
