Owner’s Representative – Capital Projects Manager
Department : Facilities & Construction
Location : Project-based, with up to 75% travel (office based in Temecula, CA)
Salary : $90,000 – $150,000 annually
About the Role
Wedgewood Weddings is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative – Capital Projects Manager to lead our capital improvement and renovation projects. In this role, you’ll act as the primary liaison between Wedgewood Weddings and contractors, designers, and other partners—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with our quality standards.
This is a highly visible position where you’ll oversee multiple projects, travel to sites across the country, and directly influence the guest experience at our venues.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned capital projects.
Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout to meet company objectives.
Coordinate with design professionals, general contractors, superintendents, and venue general managers.
Lead weekly project meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and keep milestones on track.
Ensure all contractor communications flow through you for accountability and clarity.
Conduct site visits at critical phases : project start, midpoint, and closeout.
Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables; confirm all FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) are received, inspected, and inventoried.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in hospitality or commercial sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and travel extensively.
Work Environment & Expectations
Oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Respond to communications within 24 business hours.
Maintain a regular on-site presence for coordination and inspections.
