As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check-in / out, arranging schedules, and verifying insurance information.

• Greet patients upon arrival and answer phone lines.
• Manage patient schedules and provide patient schedules to staff.
• Check-in / out for patients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Verify Insurance and collect copays and deductibles.

Medical Receptionist ’s Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
• Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
