Job Description

As a Security Officer - Hospital Patrols in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with a diverse community, providing excellent customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
