AIM OF THE POSITION
The Regional Sales Director primary responsibilities are to develop and successfully execute sales strategies, through the leadership of a team of Molecular Oncology Specialists, to ensure achievement of revenue goals for oncology services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new key strategic partner relationships and alliances in the assigned target region.Develop mid to executive level relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring revenue, market share, and growth objectives are met.Manage ongoing relationships with channel partners and customers; including the planning of sales and product / sales training, administering customer presentations, managing partner / customer contract agreements.Manage and maintain partner retention, growth, and end user satisfaction.Create an accurate sales forecast / program based on information gathered from channel partners and customers.Assist management in developing new sales strategies.Coach, direct, motivate and monitor activities of the Sr. OSS, OSS and TSSRecruit, evaluate and select top sales talent.Direct regional revenue forecasting efforts with a goal of achieving consistent accuracy of such forecasts.Identify and effectively integrate new business opportunities to ensure achievement of Company growth objectives.Support area-marketing activities at national meetings and conferences as required. (i.e. booths, handout materials, schedules, etc.)Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, the Company's policies and procedures.Follows all Agendia, Inc's health and safety policies and procedures.Served as trainer for sales teamPart of a formalized management development program within Agendia or at previous employerTimely with paperwork, deadlines, expense reports, and entering data in SFDCStrong analytical skills including ability to leverage SFDC to diagnose territory trends and build into account plansLeads projects within Agendia or in a previous role that are outside of the scope of territory sales, demonstrating collaboration, non-linear thinking and the ability to influence a cross-functional team to desired project outcomesActs with integrity and has crystal clarity on compliance requirements at AgendiaPreferred to have experience interviewing and hiring candidatesPreferred to have folks who have led teams in the pastThe above listing represents the general duties considered essential functions of the job and is not to be considered a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)5+ years work experience in field sales, in the diagnostic, oncology, lab services, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other related industryKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA'S)

Directly supervises 4 - 10 Sr. MOS and MOSs in assigned region.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. $165,000 - $190,000 Yearly
