Join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our Survey Department and become the go-to professional ensuring smooth office operations and team support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors while keeping projects, events, and office systems running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phones, visitors, mail, and scheduling
- Maintain files, conference rooms, and office resources
- Support onboarding, event coordination, and vendor relations
- Assist financial services with accounts payable and administrative tasks
- Provide proactive support to staff and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
2+ years as a receptionist or Administrative AssistantProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skillsClear and professional communication, both written and verbalDependable, resourceful, and proactive team playerQualifications
