As a senior project manager, you'll lead medium to high-complexity projects with minimal supervision, often navigating unstructured and ambiguous environments.

What you'll do :

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource planning, timeline development, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and locations.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and produce status reports.
• Resolve project issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor team members and support project management best practices.
• Apply negotiation and facilitation techniques to drive outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
