Job description

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities :

A Shift Manager supervises a team of Restaurant Employees

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency / productivity

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly / period results and trends of the Restaurant

Resolve escalated customer concerns / issues

Control Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies

8-Week Training Plan for certification

Qualifications :

Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent People Skills - Motivate / Train Employees

Strong leadership qualities

Positive Attitude / Friendly

A Shift Manager must be able to multi task

Flexible schedule

Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
