You are :

PeopleSoft Developer that will

  • Build and deliver software products within a product line.
  • Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
  • Identify and resolve software issues.
  • Plan and execute the delivery process.
  • This job is intended for people building and supporting Accenture-built & licensed software.

The Work :

  • Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.
  • Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
  • Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
  • Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
  • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
  • Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
  • Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.

Here's what you need :

  • Proficient experience in PeopleSoft implementations; installation / configuration and troubleshooting of software and applications
  • Experience upgrading and modifying Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance

Nice to have :

Ability to balance and prioritize own activities to make sure critical items are addressed

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

$76,300 $154,800 USD
