About the Role
We’re hiring our first Community & Events Lead to bring the Juicebox brand to life – online and in person. You’ll build relationships with recruiters, talent leaders, and founders through high‑impact events, content, and creative programming.
From sourcing dinners to tactical roundtables to conference strategy, you’ll own our community roadmap and help position Juicebox as the most trusted voice in recruiting + AI.
This is a high‑visibility, high‑creativity role that sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and brand.

What You’ll Do
Plan and execute in‑person events (dinners, panels, field marketing, offsites)
Launch and grow our community programs (e.g. Slack, referral groups, customer spotlights)
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer champions and storytelling opportunities
Coordinate logistics, vendors, comms, and promotion for each event
Create repeatable playbooks for event and community engagement
Track success metrics across engagement, retention, and brand reach
You’re a Fit If You...
Have 3+ years experience in community, events, field marketing, or brand, with previous SaaS experience
Are an exceptional communicator – warm, articulate, and detail‑obsessed
Have experience organizing high‑quality B2B conferences and events (bonus if with talent or GTM audiences
Know how to build systems from scratch and aren’t afraid to get scrappy
Are based in SF or willing to relocate (role is in‑office 5 days / week)
Nice to Have
Familiar with recruiting, HR tech, or B2B SaaS
Experience building executive‑level or industry communities
A strong creative eye and / or content instincts
Prior experience working directly with founders or early‑stage teams
