Unit Level Financial Performance

• Monitoring weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance
• Actuals vs budget
• Analyze and review weekly and monthly results and work closely with the operational team to agree action plans to resolve financial issues
• Direct the preparation of monthly analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, labor and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate any costs or risks at the unit
• Monitors and improves local controls and accounting procedures where weaknesses are identified at unit level
• Weekly / monthly forecasting via flash processes
• Coordinate the flash and forecast process and work with the operations team to produce action plans to rectify any performance issues
• Monitoring accounts receivable
• CPI compliance
• Inventory analysis
• Implementation of financial trackers
• Act as financial advisor to business partners
• Provides personal support and training for unit managers with unit bookkeeping as needed
