Job descriptionProvide outstanding customer service Strong problem identification, troubleshooting and problem resolutions skills Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Ability to work individually and as part of a team Highly skilled in verbal and written communication Proactively take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and take on new responsibilities Take personal responsibility for the quality of work Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or similar high-volume support role Resident of Lee County, Florida. This is a full-time position in our Fort Myers office Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy Proven skills in managing and troubleshooting network devices (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs) Experience with ticketing systems and RMM tools Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure / 365 certifications) are highly desirable Associates degree or equivalent experience. Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain client infrastructure, Proxmox virtualization, and advanced networking
- Manage Windows server and Unix operating systems
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues (Tier 2 / 3)
- Configure and maintain 3CX voice over IP phone systems
- Implement and manage cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Perform root cause analysis and develop preventative solutions
- Mentor and guide junior support staff
