Sr. Field Human Resources Coordinator

POSITION SCOPE

The Senior Field Human Resources Coordinator is a senior level role that combines people's leadership with hands-on field HR operations. This role manages Field Human Resources Coordinators (FHRCs) across multiple job sites, serving as a mentor, escalation point and subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems & business processes. The Sr. FHRC ensures consistency and compliance while upholding values aligned with HR best practices and business objectives across projects. In collaboration with HR leadership, this role drives the execution of both transactional and strategic goals, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & People Development

• Supervise, mentor and support a team of FHRCs across assigned project sites.
• Guide recruitment, onboarding and development of new FHRCs in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess performance and provide proactive feedback to ensure ongoing development and engagement.
• Support team members during transition such as promotions, reassignments and terminations with proper documentation and alignment to best practices.
