This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on ensuring high standards and supporting a team that plays a critical role in the wellbeing of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate custodial staff.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure a motivated and effective team.
• Assign daily responsibilities and oversee task completion in line with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Foster open communication with staff, respond to feedback, and resolve performance issues.
• Deliver responsive customer service by addressing special cleaning requests promptly.
