Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Arden Hills, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update account information in our database
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
- Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Pay range $12-18
