CAP is seeking a Community Services Case Manager for our Seneca Office. The Seneca Community Services Case Manager supports the daily operations of the Food Pantry and Transitional House programs while also providing case management services to eligible participants. This role ensures that clients receive essential food and housing support, while also connecting them to resources and services that promote stability and independence.
Qualification Standards :
High School Diploma / GED with 1–3 years of case management or direct human services experience required
Family Development Credential preferred
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $20.41.
