Certification Coordinator
The Office of Supplier Development is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Certification Coordinator to administer the state's certification and recertification processes. In this role, you will review applications, verify eligibility, and issue certification decisions that help expand Florida small business participation in public procurement. This role offers a unique blend of technical review, customer service, and educational outreach. You will provide clear guidance and support to Florida small businesses navigating the certification process, and work with our marketing team to develop materials that explain both the process and its value as necessary. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about promoting access to contracting opportunities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate certification records, addressing vendor questions or concerns, and supporting the integrity of the certification process.
