Key Responsibilities for NP / PA :
- Patient Care : Perform medical services under the supervision of a supervising physician in an outpatient orthopedic clinic and hospital setting.
- Examinations : Conduct history and physical examinations, write progress notes, and assess patients' medical conditions.
- Patient Education : Counsel and educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Surgical Support : Assist physicians in surgery and contribute to surgical procedures as needed.
- Medical Orders : Initiate surgical orders, prescribe medications, and manage patient care within the scope delegated by the supervising physician.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
