We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
STAHL Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead and oversee contract performance under the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), for the DoD Information Analysis Centers (IAC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) . The IAC MAC program provides innovative technical solutions and information services that advance research, development, and operational capabilities across DoD and Federal agencies.
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of program delivery—technical performance, financial management, personnel, and customer satisfaction—are effectively managed in alignment with DTIC's mission and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 8–10 years of program or project management experience supporting Federal Government contracts, with at least 5 years managing large, complex DoD programs.
Certifications : PMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred.
Knowledge :
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities; proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
Clearance : Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
