Overview

Power Up Essential Industries. We're looking for a seasoned Field Technician with a strong background in power generation, diesel engines, and electrical systems to keep critical infrastructure running in the Pacific Northwest. You'll be hands-on in the field supporting industries where uptime is everything—from hospitals and defense to data centers and emergency response. If you're mechanically sharp, electrically confident, and love solving problems under pressure, this is your next move.

Location : Ridgefield, WA

Compensation : $35 - $57 / hr (Based on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Relocation Assistance : Available

Schedule : Full-Time | Overtime, Nights & Weekends as Needed

Travel : Regular travel to customer sites throughout the Ridgefield Area

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel and gaseous generators
• Troubleshoot AC / DC systems (110V - 600V), transfer switches, switchgear, and engine controls
• Conduct load bank and battery testing to ensure optimal system performance
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify electrical and mechanical faults
• Maintain service documentation and uphold safety procedures
• Travel to customer sites and support emergency power needs as required
