We are actively recruiting for an outstanding Hematology / Oncology / Malignant Hematology / Cellular Therapy Physician to join our division in Tucson, Arizona. Our current team consists of (20 Faculty in total : 7 Hematologist and 13 Solid Tumor physicians and 13 APP's within the Division of Hematology Oncology.) This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary clinical environment with active research programs. Banner-University Medicine is the clinical partner to the University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC), a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center dedicated to the prevention and cure of cancer through patient care, research, and education.

Position Details :

1.0 FTE

(6) Four-hour sessions of clinic per week at 1.0 cFTE

Administrative Time

Clinical shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Bone Marrow Transplant Inpatient Service : 6 weeks approximately

EMR : Cerner

2 Year Ramp Up

We are seeking applicants with :

• Applicants must hold MD or MD / PhD degrees, be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or eligible in Medical Oncology and / or Hematology and be able to meet medical licensure requirements in Arizona.

Clinic Location : University of Arizona Cancer Center(s), 3838 N. Campbell Avenue, Tucson, AZ or 1891 W. Orange Grove Road, Tucson AZ
